Hello, there! Thanks for popping over to the about page. I’m the Jones behind Joneswell. But no, not THAT Grace Jones. I’m slightly less striking, and a lot less vocally gifted. Good thing is, five-star vocals aren’t necessary for five-star florals. Knock loudly on my studio door if you hear my Spotify bumping and say nothing if you hear my singing. Despite these shortcomings, I hope you’ll read about my design philosophy here.
For those inclined, I am an enneagram 5w4, INFP, and an Aries. I know what two of those mean. I hope we’re compatible! Even if our signs or numbers or types don’t align, feel assured that I work well with all types of folks and you’ll get beautiful, speak-to-your-soul wedding flowers whether you’re an extrovert or an enneagram 9 (especially if you’re a 9 - so is my husband, Matt. No, not THAT Matt Jones. Or that one. Or that one.).

My Floral Background
As a native of the North Carolina coastal plains, a frequenter of the North Carolina mountains, and now a resident of the Piedmont, I’ve forever been surrounded by the beautiful flora and fauna of this state. It is truly an inspiration for my work and a source of humbling gratitude for the beauty of the world.
I took several paths in college at North Carolina State University - from entering as undecided to Fashion and Textile Management to Political Science - but I’ve finally found my passion in floral design. In fact, in seventh grade, we took aptitude tests and my top career choice was florist! That message has stuck with me for over a decade.
I have spent the past few years taking workshops and freelancing with other area florists while growing my own floral design business. I’m so thankful to have you with me as we serve up this beautiful state some beautiful arrangements!
